=ladydove7 has offered up some really good questions about exclusive stock. If you aren't familiar with "exclusive stock," basically it just refers to stock that is set aside and not part of your main gallery but instead available for donations or as a prize for a contest, or a gift for a favorite artist, etc. Many stock providers offer exclusive stock for sale/prizes. If you do or if you have considered it, please answer the following questions:

*How do you decide what to offer? Do you use outtakes (best of) from existing stock shoots or do something completely original?
*Do you offer one image per prize/donation or a pack?
*If you sell your stock or offer for donations, what price do you set?
*How do you promote your exclusive stock?
*What system works best for donations (paypal, googlecheck, etc)
*How do you distribute the stock? Email? Download service? FTP server?
